I bought this item from office depot on 9/14 and I have received my rebate. It was mailed on 10/31. Yes. Be patient.
Yes, be patient, but persistant. I had difficulty getting my rebate. It was denied 2 times even tho I bought it within their guidelines. I kept my documentation, and eventually, I did get both rebates.
